Spokane, WA – May 17, 2024 – WorkSource Spokane One-Stop Campus is excited to announce that we are upgrading our campus to enhance the convenience and accessibility for our customers.

Effective May 31st, services previously offered at Resource Center of Spokane County will now seamlessly integrate into WorkSource Spokane, delivering a more unified and customer-centric experience.

Through the integration of human services into WorkSource Spokane, we’ve centralized a wealth of resources for our community. From career development to tailored assistance in meeting the diverse needs of customers that include re-entry, working parents, and businesses, we are deepening our collaboration with partners in our local workforce system and supporting an inclusive approach to create the regional talent pipeline.” Mark Mattke, Spokane Workforce Council, CEO

Customers will have direct access to a range of resources including career development, training, healthcare, expanded services for re-entry customers, and specialized assistance for working parents, job seekers, and businesses, all conveniently located in one place.

We thank all our customers and partners for providing vital feedback, which guided us in enhancing our infrastructure to better serve our community. Resource Center of Spokane County was a great step towards providing Spokane County with direct access to a new array of resources and we are excited to merge these into WorkSource Spokane. The SWC is committed to prioritizing customer needs and ensuring equitable access to essential workforce development services. We look forward to the positive impacts these changes will have for our customers.

For more information on expanded services or available resources, please email Kevin Williams, Division Executive System Advancement at klwilliams@spokaneworkforce.org.
