The Spokane Workforce Council is pleased to announce the release of $3.39M in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act funding through four new Requests for Proposal (RFP). Proposals are due April 25 for services to commence on July 1, 2019. Agencies may apply to one or more RFP, but we recommend reading all of them to understand the full system before applying.
