We introduced the Next Gen Job Fair in 2016 as an event focused on helping teens and young adults connect with employers for their first job. The Next Generation Zone, our youth career and education center, takes the lead on this event.

For the second year in a row we held the event in the remodeled rotunda on the 2nd floor of the STA Plaza building in downtown Spokane.
This year we had 39 businesses and 277 job seekers participate.

The event was held in the remodeled rotunda on the 2nd floor of the STA Plaza. STA was an amazing partner, offering space and in-kind marketing for the event. 47 employers and 341 job seekers participated in this successful event. Next Gen Zone students volunteered as event staff and did an amazing job.
