Spokane Public Radio Covers EcSA Grant Launch

December 18, 2019: The Economic Security for All Grant (EcSA) is the largest single grant the SWC has ever brought into our community. This $1.7M grant will fund a three-year poverty reduction pilot project, based out of the Spokane Resource Center.
