Workforce Development Services to the Refugee and Immigrant Community 

Spokane Workforce Council is seeking submissions from Community Based Organizations with a proven track-record of working with Immigrant and Refugee populations within Spokane County, WA to operate workforce development programs serving those specialized communities.
